About the Event

Service Description 

Small Shifts, Powerful Outcomes 

By the end of the 8 weeks, you will have created a personal mindfulness practice to harmonize body, mind, and spirit that fits into your busy schedule

STRONGER TOGETHER Nourishing Life Group package includes: 

  • 6, one hour weekly coaching and accountability sessions, online via a private Zoom room
  • 2 (30 min) private sessions online or by phone 
  • Sessions where you are at the center of your journey and supported by others 
  • NOURISHING self-care practices (from Ayurveda or Chinese Medicine) to support you in sleep, digestion/metabolism, and energy. 
  • Email and/or WhatsApp access. Email or text me with your questions or insights and I'll get back to you within 48 hours. 
  • 10% discounts to any online or in-person events within one calendar year of your Initial Consultation. 

Holistic coaching and integrative wellness approach to support you in finding harmony and balance in body, mind, and spirit. 

Integrating the nourishing life wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Chinese Medicine, we will focus on these four areas:

  1. SLEEP
  2. DIGESTION/METABOLISM (which is connected to skin issues, allergies, weight, blood sugar, and moods)
  3. SUSTAINABLE ENERGY (breaking the burnout cycle)
  4. CREATING A PRIVATE MINDFULNESS PRACTICE THAT SUPPORTS YOU IN YOUR BUSY LIFE  

With support from Haunani, you will integrate this new wisdom into your very busy life so you feel nourished from the inside with less pain and more ease.  Possible recommendations to achieve your goals based on your constitution and challenges might include: 

  • Intention setting 
  • Daily routine suggestions (morning, afternoon, evening) 
  • Food Guidelines and Recommendations 
  • Mindful movement, Exercises & Stretching 
  • Breathing practices 
  • Self-Inquiry and journaling 
  • Meditation
  • Spending time outside

This group is recommended for people who:

  • Want accountability for creating new habits and self-care patterns in their busy life.
  • Are willing to do self-reflection work and dig deep into their current tendencies without judgement and with support. 
  • Crave a more fulfilling relationship with themselves, body, and their outlook on life.  

This Nourishing Life group will provide you with education, inspiration, and empowering tools to create life choices that matter to you and are in alignment with your core values.
